How long is the sleepover for?
The set up usually occurs between 10am-2pm and the tear down time is the following day between 11am-1pm. These times may vary and we try to accommodate special time requests, if we can!
Is there a travel fee?
We are located in Shakopee and service Carver/Scott County and local area free of charge but anything outside of that area will have a travel fee.
How much space is required for the tents?
Each tent is approx 4 feet wide by 6 feet long
Please ensure to measure your space and that it's cleared and ready for us the day of setup
Can the tents be setup outside?
The sleepover tents are for indoor use only as they aren't weatherproof.
Will you move furniture to make room for the tents?
We require that the designated tent area be clean and cleared of furniture. We will not move furniture to make room for your event
How long will it take to setup & tear down?
It takes approx an hour and a half to set up and an hour to tear down
Do you provide pillows for sleeping?
We only provide decorative pillows and each guest will need to have their own personal pillows for hygiene reasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, it must be done 14 days prior to your event to receive a partial refund (50% of your party payment). If you're within 14 days of your booking, we can offer a reschedule date (within 1 year of your original scheduled date). If you have chosen a custom theme or custom add-ons, you will only have the option to reschedule your sleepover. If you cancel within 72 hours, you'll be required to pay for any add-ons that can't be held over until your future date (food, balloons, candy boxes). You will receive your refund within 7-10 business days.
